HEG was retained as exclusive advisor by Omnicom’s ownership to lead the transaction from initial engagement through to closing.
📌 About the Transaction
The acquisition includes Omnicom’s two accredited campuses in Toronto and Calgary, both of which will be integrated into CEG’s global English language division, Stafford House International. This move marks CEG’s first entry into the Canadian market, expanding its global school network to 10 locations, including:
4 in the United Kingdom
4 in the United States (following the acquisition of Intrax in 2015)
2 in Canada (via Omnicom)
